Sohat: Content is not enough. I think obviously this is one part of it that really involves engagement. And i feel like mentering, it's probably another programme that we cal consider. We're getting a lot of traction there right now. The problem we have any of these things is that we've opted to not go with a commercial platform for vertical conferences or community management. What we've decided to do is basically build our own platform which is wor press five and zoom and slack and mural and things like that. Sohat says role of community managers can be instrumental in making sure we're doing the research like we should.
