There is a large staffing issue in many hospitals right now from people who are beyond burnt out. Over the past 18 months, we've talked dozens of health care workers and i'd say almost all that we have talked to are frustrated. Some were very angry. I spoke with one critical care doctor in edmonton who a late sunday night, got a visit from police officers who said there'd been a credible threat against his life. Police told him, there's a credible threat, and essentially, watch er back, take care. And so he was very unnerved. The following day, one of these protests was at his hospital.
