Do You Think You Should Have Three Jobs if You Can Do Three?

Sally Kohn: We have an expectation that people will give their all then you see someone who's doing three jobs and you're like but they could have been three times as good at their first job. And so it's really become this hot debate which is effectively pitting output based measures, why do we feel like you should have one job if you can do three? She says much of the anxiety has to do with these expectations that are poorly specified and not well-aligned.
