I Think the Real Problem Is Getting Food Out of the Country
The so ukraine runs in a soviet rail system, which is wider than the european rail system. When these carriages get to the border, they have to either be taken off the wheels and put on to a new set of wheels or physically unloaded and reloaded again. And then, of course, it's so expensive. Where as before trader s were exporting huge ships full of grain, now they're doing it in these smaller, um, much smaller shipments.
