The Story of La Belle

Belle Boyd was a spy for the U.S. government during the Civil War. After being banished to Canada, she decided to get back in touch with Stonewall Jackson and return to Virginia. But word of her activities is getting out so Bell gets arrested again - this time at Washington's Old Capital Prison. She ends up spending more than two years there but eventually returns home after meeting Samuel Hardinge who fell in love with her.
