Is the Moon Landing a Conspiracy Theory?

There's one conspiracy theory that I keep having to go back and reread the explanation to remind myself that it's definitely not true. The only stuff that I've seen is regarding the initial moon landing. Elon Musk, if he could just stop being distracted by Twitter and trying to spout Russian talking points for ending the war, I bet he could land a woman on the moon. Hopefully it won't take until Lila's time, but if we haven't gotten there, I volunteer Lila.
