Mental health is by far the thing that i have seen be the most difficult for founders deal with. The ones that you ask, you, or anyone in the listening, ask, and in respond without things are great. This isn't a matterf like how successful the company is. It's about really giving people permission to open up because they don't feel jerry colonna taught me a lot of this, too.
