The file system is all, that's a developer facing implementation. So as a developer, you build it in a file system, but then it compiles down to a system which just works with intercepting URLs. And I don't think anyone is like actually modifying how like URLs are handled. Well, yeah, there's this one thing where like on Android, if you were to like open a link to a browser and you have more than one browser, it'll be like, which browser do you want to open? It's just like first come first serve.
