Coaches often miss the point of high intensity training, he says. The key is to get it right for your athlete and not over-do it. Coaches should always explain in broad strokes what we're doing - but rarely do i have to, you know, si, te study to do that. It's about having a good relationship with an athlete so they trust their coach more than anything.
