New has had issues with customer service as well. I didn't realise that they'd been aggressive in that space. They beat Amazon and so they beat Segway to most scooter sales on Prime Day last year. So, and that was our first year of operation. So they did a really good job. That's why we were saying that the marketing and product has been good. And last small thing is we'll be competing against huge public companies that have enormous amounts of capital. Both of them are competing for market share at minus 40% discount all year long. That is impossible for a private company to go in and compete.
