The White House's Announcement of a New Monument to Emmett Till
Emmett Till was a young boy who was apparently from Chicago. In 1955, he was killed brutally and just disgustingly in Mississippi. It's a story that the FBI investigated under their charge to go after the Klan. And so we now have the White House putting out an official statement saying the new monument will protect places that tell the story of Emmett Till's two short life.
