How Equity and Lenders Are Thinking About the Next 12 Months

There's nothing really that's slowing down the rent growth is that we grew so much. And now we're only growing 3% off the tops or is there other things that have slowed it down? You know, no one also talks about the fact that I think rent growth got accelerated in COVID because people couldn't evict. That artificially inflated occupancies to give pricing power to the landlords. So our rents are rents for basically the last 12 months. Our market rents have come down about 6% year over year, our effective rents grown about 12%. But you should always be able to achieve your pro forma without market rent growth. We'll see how it shakes out.
