I'm all for small meat processes, because i use them. But if the goal is to cheapen the meat product for the american consumer, a bunch of stuff going to small places can't accomplish that. I think we have to be efficient withr our money. Right now, we keep handing out,. every time they hand out a trillion dollars, i go back and look what the budget is. We hand it out three trillion ars. And i look, when we have a five tillion dollar budget, where did where's it come from?"
