Are the Gospels Made Up by Mythical Imaginings About Jesus?
Even Jesus' mythicists claim, well, we've got all this content in the gospels, but Paul hardly mentions any of it. There's all sorts of interesting points about that. If the gospels were made up by people trying to address their own later issues on the basis of mythical imaginings about Jesus, they would surely have had something about that. In all four gospel narratives, it's the women who see Jesus first. Now, obviously in that world, women were not regarded as credible witnesses.
