The next point i want to make is that if you want to cope effectively, you shouldn't spend all your time obsessing about the future. Almost every negative emotion we feel is because we're not spending enough time looking at the present. There's a balance between accepting reality and also being optimistic. And in the end, really all you can do is focus on what is within your control.
