How Do You Drive Execution?

We oversee the discrepancy between where we are and where we could be. We have a real visceral awareness of the gap that exists. Therefore, we're never happy with where we are. Once you sort of declare victory, you lose because now you have made peace with the status quo. You won't get any better, okay? So we very actively fostered this very critical view of how much better things could be if we did this, that and the other thing. And that's a very, very powerful thing. Now you need like-minded people around you, otherwise people become, you know, they become very unhappy.
