When I discovered your work to me there seemed to be a certain resonance of a more positive optimistic view of human nature through it even though you study intergroup relationships. How optimistic is your view of social psychology as a field when there is so much pessimism about what is going on in the field? "I certainly would never answer the question is human nature good or bad and yeah it's a boy and nothing is un-go-simple"
