Is There a Fatigue Resistance Test?

Coaches often give short 10 to 15 minute tempos after a series of hill reps or faster intervals. And I think it's fantastic for fatigue resistance. We actually love there's a show that takes riders from Zwift, which is the training platform we talk about constantly. But one of the big tests is they have them go out for a long ride and then they surprise them with a 20 minute hard hill climb.
