Ethereum's Neutral Governance Structure
A lot of the activity around finding funding mechanisms for public goods has moved to layer two, where it's more permission. It's kind of like in the United States, and this might be true in America, but the 50 states experiment with things like innovating on healthcare or marijuana legalization. If there's a market where if one state is successful, then other markets can adopt it. I'm happy to say that layer two is where the innovation is at. We'll check back in maybe a year and we'll see if we're up to the millions of dollars of public goods funding on the basis.
