What's the Story of the First Pherototype?

The first prototypes were delivered in 19 85, and apparently they id like five or six of these things. The budget for these bad boys, 19 86 dollars, was a two point five billion with a b a. But that gle i got really, gt, really out of control really fast. By 19 89 it was like, yes, 30 billion. You imagine going to your boss and just say, h i got this idea for a project. It's only going to cost like, a hundred dollars. And then you come back two years later, buk. This project ended up costing us a million. That's like the equivalent of going from two point five to 30 billion.
