Merser has 900 clusters. Why so many? Because there's demand for it, and we are trying to fulfil is demand. The cluster model empowers the people who work on Merser projects. It gives them responsibility they want to have. And i would even say, if you know that you have to take the responsibility even wards, you will build it completely differently because you know that it is your baby and you are in charge for it.
