Siler: I think it's one of the key questions in triathlon. The easy training becomes really easy to make sure that that's not too costly considering that you then have more frequent hard workouts as a triathlete than you would have a cyclist or runner but then when it comes to the hard workouts. Siler says he always wants his athlete to feel like they could have done more and quite often quite a bit more if if they were not at the limit for session RP.
