It's hard to get that combination of kind of the theoretical experience that you need alongside the practical hands on experience. We do four or five a day. Yeah, not a Christmas lab. But like rockets, there are competitive engineering clubs,. You know, competing with each other across the country and across the world building rockets. And so we have all these individual linkages of very narrow expertise that we haven't been able to duplicate. It's been so rebuilding that capability is something that we're working on, but it doesn't happen overnight.
