The Most Effective Thing I Ever Did Was That You Just Compressed Everything
In the therapy room, we'd often talk about exposure therapy that you start very slow with something because the ease is too high to jump in and do flooding. If you do something like systematic desensitization fast enough, it becomes flooding in a way anyway. I think the most effective stuff I ever did was that in that kind of world where you just compressed everything. And obviously time becomes a factor of I'm assuming ease in particular, well actually both those factors.
