How Do I Run Slowly With a Cadence of 180 Steps Per Minute?

Cadence is partly a function of how fast you're running. It's only accurate when we're measuring your cadence on an easy run. Over 170 steps per minute makes sure our cadence is light, quick and we're not running with more bounding strides. The long run is the most important run that you're going to do during the week.
