I've often wondered about surely the impact of that on our body, mind and soul will be limited compared to being fully present. We are generalists, right? And we want that all those inputs, the eyes, the ears, the body when we're making this movement. Yes. But at the same time, you could also say, hey, I'm lifting that bar. It's heavy. The music uplifts me. I'm like, now it's like it makes the workout amplified. I'm re-enjoying."
