Energy Fuels to Separate Out the Individual Rare Earth Elements

Estonia is able to separate out rare earth elements from fruit and vegetables. The state of Utah will not make an opinion about this until energy fuels submits an application for a process that would separate out the individual rare earth elements. I do not believe that that would be legal because it would no longer be a uranium mill it would be some other type of mineral processing operation.
