Physicists - Coffee or Chocolate?

Physicists are always exploring what's possible, how the universe might be. But we are constrained to what we know about the universe. Science fiction writers don't have to worry about math or data. They like playing around in realms where experimentalists can't yet rule things out. If they do set up a colony and support human civilization so far from earth, yen, it would be hard to grow chocolate there.
