The biggest one that I see and it really, really frustrates me to watch is the, they are afraid to drive the process forward to a decision. And as much as they like to think that they're in control or have some influence on that, too many of my clients just have a fear to guide someone to a yes or a no. So if you don't even see yourself as a guide, you're not going to driving the process.
