The Advantages of Splitting Sessions Out Over the Day
There's lots of advantages to splitting these sessions out across the day but there's also some advantages to bulking it all together and doing very long sessions. The one advantage which I think is very important particularly for root climbers is it gives you the capacity or the ability to be able to train or perform more fatigued. And then say competition climbers as well should get put into that bundle because a lot of competitions it's one or two days and you're going to end up climbing quite a lot of blocks or moves in the end of the competition. You could always mix it up, I mean a lot of runners do this so a good running strategy would be to do a couple of short runs
