How Do You Keep a T.A. Team?
The boom bus cycle. The global potential recessions. Companies now laying recruiters off again, almost as if they've learned nothing from nothing from the last time. How do you keep a T.A. team that the right size so you can sort of flex up and down depending on those market conditions? I think what we're learning is more flexibility in the model. So we're looking at potentially interns to help grow our pipeline for our own profession.
