When you're a smaller company, it's actually much harder to recruit. We couldn't find like a CFO or a head of finance like our early stuff was kind of messy and we couldn't find anyone to come in and clean it up. So I think the heart of your question is basically, do we let the fires burn and hold out for someone that we're really excited about? Or do we kind of compromise just to get someone in the role? And I guess I would say hold out and just wait.
