Is There a Difference Between COVID-19 and Monkeypox?
Dr. Benakar: It's possible that maybe over the next six months, there might be some tests that are developed and authorized by the FDA that allow for point of care testing. With COVID-19, we've heard a lot about asymptomatic screening; with monkeypox, getting an nasal swab probably isn't going to turn out to be as much of an issue.
