Mark O'Mara: There's a relatively new process that the whole industry understands, but to my understanding at least so far, only the Russians have actually demonstrated in proven it in practice. The gist of it is that all of the spent fuel that's in storage from the last 50 plus years, or I guess it's 70 or so years of nuclear power plant operation around the world, isn't really spent. At least 90% of the energy is still in the fuel and it can effectively be recycled to make new fuel to power new reactors. But there's a downside to that, which is if you've got the technology, so to speak, that gives you the ability to transform
