The RBA Is Not Unhappy With Falling House Prices

The Reserve Bank had some words to say about it last week. Based on their figuring, they reckon with a two percentage point increase in interest rates. They've already delivered 2.25 by the way. So we're sort of a third of the way there. Chris Joy may well be right. We'll see in the next few months. But on this checklist, look, the RBA is not unhappy with falling house prices,. particularly when they went up 25 percent.
