Global Gas Prices - What's Next for Europe?
Europe needs to replace a lot of this Russian gas with expensive LNG. Structurally, we don't really see a large increase in liquefaction capacity until Qatar's mega expansion comes online around 2025. The US is a major beneficiary of high global gas prices because they also source markets in Asia. But then once again, it all depends on the willingness to pay these higher prices at a country level.
