How to Hire People to Run Your Email Marketing Campaigns

I had to get better at hiring. You're not automatically going to be able to hire someone who is an expert and who fits perfectly with you. I've had people do personality tests, myers briggs and the clifton strength finder. Before i hire i will have multiple people do a sample task so that i can see their work in action. So are these people on your pay roll, or is it free lance?
