The Benefits of Regenerative Beef

A lot of people are becoming more and more aware of the benefits of regenerative, regeneratively raised beef. There's probably eight to 10 randomized controlled trials now that find that if you eat past your meat, omega-3 profiles go up. I'm excited by the possibility that properly raised or well raised beef could actually make a contribution for these folks.
