I never realized that the word reality had the word real in it well it also has itty so we should work on that. I have found in you know the way the way if I'm real like heat gives flame gives off heat then chances are I'll be good. It's often being done by someone else's compass or someone else's values or guide and this brings back something Parker said to me when we were together last time. "The more true I am the more free people are to feel true with me or be true with me"
