When i started a long time ago, there were more males than females in senior management positions. In two thousand and 11, i think we were around 11 %. And that has doubled by 20 21 to 23%, 24%. But we need to do much more. You really need to invest in the eye of inclusion. And diversity is very important,. It's not only about gender. It's about all kinds of elements ofof diversity. Could either be disability, it could be algibityc plus. It could be age, it could been anicity.
