Billy Bob Harrell Jr. won the lottery 20 years before it was legal for winners to remain anonymous. He spent his winnings on a ranch, antique cars, and art. His wife Barbara Jean filed for divorce eight months after they got their jackpot. Billy Bob cut a deal with a company out of Maryland called Stone Street Capital in exchange for 10 years of an annuity worth about $6 million. Less than a month and a half later, the $2.25 million he'd received from Stone Street Capital for his half of the trust had already been depleted.
