The Ability to Influence Without Authority Is a Superpower
Garrett: If you can't at least do a good enough job of doing the vision to a co founder, then you know that's a huge weakness. You're not just selling their part of it is they're believing in you in your conviction in what you believe is the right solution. That doesn't mean that won't change right that won't like evolve as you learn more. I don't know that you can be an effective founder if you don't have that influencing gene or set of skills actually college gene.
