The Importance of Leaning Back

The lying leg extensions have fallen out of favor. But by virtue of stretch needed, a periphery are probably much better than the current seated ones. What I typically recommend is that people place their sheets as far back, the backrest, as far back as they can. And then, kind of matrix style lean all the way back. You're lengthening the rectus for more is the middle head of the quads.
