The Benefits of Refeeding for Ketosis
If you are not low carb or low calorie you're not going to be in ketosis. Refeeds will kickstart hunger again since I've gone back to maintenance and my hunger is significantly higher again but the good thing is is I am still very able. It requires a big mental push for those first one to three days of your aggressive diet do just consider that.
