How to Build a Good Foundation Cost Estimate

In Houston, Texas, we have a lot of foundation problems because we're so close to the ocean and just have a very wet soil for lack of better words there. I would get multiple bids from different subs for like a foundation or, you know, a roof or plumbing or something like that. Subs you're more likely to be able to get a quote out of them at least to learn from it and see what they are capable of doing. Don't be in the business of wasting people's time by not giving somebody a legitimate shot to do your job.
