Five minutes in front of the right audience can be worth more to your career than a year behind your desk. Nancy, one of the really helpful perspectives that's in the book for me was thinking about how executives prefer to communicate. A lot of people don't use bullets, like yovo ou do it quickly and scimmably with regular cadence,. Others are like, just surprise me when I find out what they're talking about. And then the medium is really important: written word or spoken word.
