Remote Work

During COVID being remote wasn't a cure all. People were not in a mindset of, let's make changes. The current unrest or knowledge work labor organizing that's happening around remote work is pretty symbolic. I think the fact that people are so energized about those speaks to the bigger truth that they're ready for change. It's just we don't know or they don't know what that change could look like. There's almost a failure of imagination in this current moment.
