In 2001, the Berlin Sea has just caused the city to be bankrupted. Klaus Vovarite is the man who you see how it says when Dasist Gützel next to him. He came out in this very kind of offhand way where he said, I'm gay and that's fine. That's like, it's all good. And he's the one who comes up with this idea of marketing Berlin as famously saying poor but sexy.
