Female Ambition Is So Disadvantaged in Our Society
It seems hard to separate an author from the impact that they have on the internet these days. Jane austen went and, you know, harangued publishers, and good on her. She knew she had something special and important. And i think this, i've been talking a lot with various people, for different reasons, about female ambition which is so still so looked down on in our society. It's not just gendered, right? Artistic ambition is very problematic.
