The Difference Between Stress and Anxiety
Stress is the real time moment of having your resources pushed to the ultim capability. Anxiety is thoughts or feelings about your future, even if it's like a future of two seconds from now. When anxiety gets too intense or pathological, in my experience, it's usually because a person has been trying to stuff it down. The trick is just to learn to point it in the right direction and use it for the resource that mother nature intended it to be.
